I found the fruit snacks above at Target today.  They will fit well with a Rainbow or Spring theme.  They are in the shape and colors of; red lady bug, orange flower, yellow duck, green frog, and purple umbrella!  Of course I had to make a sorting and graphing sheet to make this yummy treat fun for learning too! Whose feet are sticking out of the mailboxes?  It’s Froggy all ready to go home and play…  Check out the template to make your own here. How about a frog on a log snack…  You can make math fun out of it too.  Give each student 2 logs (graham crackers) and some green M&M’s.  Squirt chocolate icing on the logs and have the students put their frogs on a log.  How many can they get on one log.  If they add both logs up how many altogether?  Now eat!  The kids loved these and they were easy to make. Hmmm,  It must be St. Patrick’s Day…  A Leprechaun was surely at our house. Below are some fun snips from our St. Patrick Day 2012.  I surely hope your day was lucky and full of little blessings.  Someone paid us a visit and he did not flush and he left his footprints on the potty too!!!  (Directions on how to do the footprints.) My Daughter made a little trap with books, but that did not stop him from messing up her doll house.  He enjoyed a nice nap in her dollhouse bed too and left some magic behind.  Can you see...

I wonder if what I am about to say is safe to say…  Here goes, “This was my kind of winter!  Hardly any snow.  No school delays or closings. Can every winter be like this one in the wonderful city of Pittsburgh?”  Now watch, we will get bombed with snow in a few days.  LOL!
