Have you seen the Staples Commercial for Back to School? The one where the father is singing the Christmas song, “It is the Most Wonderful Time of the Year?” I think it is so funny and somewhat rings true for parents. As a teacher, I loved back to school too. I think it is the start of something new. Starting off with a clean slate. I loved getting my room ready and my lessons organized. 1. As a teacher in a Title 1 school, I am always looking for ideas that will help my students make connections to the concepts with their own lives. Your graphing ideas sound like just the thing to make this connection! Here is the link to my school website: http://eastside.dce.schoolinsites.com/

I teacher special education first and second grade. I love including graphs for my students do as a wrap up of the week. I am always looking for new graphing ideas. I think graphs are fun and help students learn a lot about themselves and their classmates. This cd would be so helpful and put to great use in my classroom.

I'd love this CD! I do a daily graph with my kids and always feel like I'm ready to give it up by October when the ideas run dry. I could sooooo use this inspiration to keep up the graphing!

  4. Here is the link to my districts' website: http://www.shawnee.k12.ok.us. I teach in the Early Childhood Center of our district, which houses all the pre-k and k children. Last year our enrollment of 4 and 5 year olds was over 500. I love to do graphing activities with my kindergarteners and I'm always looking for new ideas. The CD sounds like a great resource. I'd love to win it.
