What is your return policy?

All sales are final because of the format of the CDROMs and Instant Downloads. If you have problems with the CDROM or a download we are happy to send you another CDROM or link download.  If the CD is lost in the mail we will also send out another CDROM.  We do not offer a refund once the CDis shipped or The download is sent because the files could be viewed and copied.  Check out the index of the CD’s & Packets before you order them.

What program do I need to run the CDROM’s & Packets?

The only program you need is Microsoft Word.  f you can open the free samples on your computer and view them properly, then you will be able to open the files on the CDROM.  All other files created are PDF and can be opened by anyone. If I use Publisher to create a file I will often put both the Publisher file and a copy of the file in PDF so they can be used in many formats.

Why do I need to email you if I do not get my instant download link 5 hours after I order?

There are many reasons .  Two of the most common reasons:  The email address you entered in Paypal could be incorrect and we have no way to send you the filest.  The email you gave may be protected by a firewall and the files may not be going through.

How do you unzip & how do I unzip?

Most files online that are sold come in Zip format as do the files Teaching Heart Sells. Most computers are set to unzip files.

These files (.zip) are compressed PC files which make downloading large files a much quicker job. But to utilize these files, you'll need to unzip them first. Here's how to do that:

You must have WinZip or an unzipping program to open them. Winzip should automatically appear. If it doesn’t then you probably don’t have it installed and must install it.  WinZip offers a free program on their website http://www.winzip.com/downwzeval.htm   that you can download and use to unzip files that you receive off of the internet, and you must have this in order to extract the files from your Teaching Heart Packet.

Ensure your unzipping software is installed

Now whenever you have a file that you need to unzip, just right click on that file and select "Extract To" or "Extract To Folder" (for Winzip) Your unzipping program will now unzip the file contents to the location you specified.

You can either trash the zip file or save it to another location on your computer if you'd like to keep a copy 'just in case'.

Now open your newly unzipped folder and you'll find everything unzipped.

How long does it take for a CD to arrive once it is ordered through Paypal?

It takes 1-3 days to ship (unless a wait is stated on the site).  From the time of shipment, allow 1-3 weeks for it to arrive.

What are you keys points for Terms of Use?

All files are for single classroom use only. One teacher may purchase and use the files yearly with their classroom. They may not be used by multiple teachers. Feel free to share with your teacher friends how they can get the files for their use. I do have a copyright on all my work. You may not print the files and resell them. You may not resell the files in digital format or offer them for free on your site or blog!

Yes, there are tons and tons of free printables on the site and the blog... you will see them as you explore the 100's of pages on Teaching Heart and as you read my blog. I work out packages on a quarterly or yearly fee based on the site or product. All sites and products must be related to kids, parenting, or education.
