Peanut Butter Pie Smoothy – Healthy too!

Grab you blender and come make my newest smoothie.  Easy to drink on the road on the way to school.  Awesome for breakfast. 

 I love healthy smoothies…  Did you see all my smoothie posts?  I did one on a healthy fruit smoothie (it has veggies in it that you cannot taste).  I did another on a smoothie that includes Diet Sprite.  Did you see my recent pumpkin pie smoothie?  My newest creation is extra yummy and very healthy!!!  I am calling it Peanut Butter Pie! 

You will Need:

1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt (100 Calories)
2 TBS of Peanut Butter (200 Calories)
1-2 Cups of Almond Milk (20-40 Calories)
1 Banana (Cut and Frozen – see below on my tips about Bananas – the banana is used to sweeten the smoothie naturally) 

(BLEND AND ENJOY!!!!)


So when your banana starts to look like the one in the picture; peel, chop, and place in a ziploc.  Then throw in your freezer.  Pop the pieces into smoothies as a sweetener!!!
